Natalie takes a keen interest in connecting with her clients and undertaking a collaborative process of discovery towards improved wellbeing. She has a warm and caring approach and is passionate about helping individuals to develop more awareness and competence, thereby empowering them with more effective responses to life challenges.
Natalie's practice draws from several evidence-based therapies with a person-centred focus, including: Coaching Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and other techniques as appropriate for her clients.
Natalie holds a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology. Since her registration as a psychologist in 2005, she has practiced in a range of settings including private practice and the corporate sector, and has a particular interest in supporting people to affect positive changes in their work and personal lives. Having worked locally and abroad, she has a deep appreciation for individual differences and welcomes the opportunity to support people from diverse backgrounds.
Natalie sees people for a range of issues including emotion regulation, work-related stress and challenges, interpersonal problems, life transitions, career coaching, executive coaching, habit change, anxiety, depression and parenting support.
